1. Free Shipping on orders over $20 does not apply to wine ordres (it does apply to gift baskets and boxes).

2. Free Shipping ONLY applies to domestic orders in the United States.

3. Wine of the month orders will be available for pick up at The Wine Barn anytime after the designated arrival date. Feel free to pick up the wines at your earliest convenience. The wines will be stored in our store and be set aside for as long as need be.

4. Orders can be placed through our website, by telephone during store hours at 715-543-2244, in person at The Wine Barn, or by email to info@eWineBarn.com (only if you have a payment method on file at The Wine Barn).

5. The Wine Barn's 10% case discount may not apply to the Wine of the Month.

6. At this time wines can only be shipped to certain states and wine orders can be cancelled with a FULL refund if delivery is not available.

7. Wine, cheese, cigars, and other food items cannot be shipped outside of the United States.

8. International Orders - Minimum Shipping is $19.99, you will be contacted with the exact shipping costs after your order has been placed.

9. Cigars and Wine on this website are not intended for or marketed to anyone under the age of 19 for Cigars and 21 for Wine. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions confirms you are of legal age to buy the item you have chosen.
