What does it cost to join the email club?
Membership into the wine club is free! There are no hidden costs, no minimum orders, and no obligations

What are the benefits of joining?
Email club members will receive our monthly newsletter. The letter will inform you of the date, time, and theme for the next wine tasting. The letter will also keep you informed of any changes with store hours, new products, or special events. Also featured in the newsletter will be the wine or wines of the month which will have discounted pricing for email club members only.

What kind of wines will be featured for the wines of the month?
The wines will be chosen based on quality and value. We will also monitor the wine industry for new wines, up and coming regions, or wines that have recently been given high praise by wine publications.

How does the wine of the month work?
The newsletter will indicate the wine or wines available for the month, you then must order and pay for the wine before the specified deadline, the newsletter will also indicate when the wine will be available for pick up. Wines must be picked up at The Wine Barn; however feel free to pick them up at your earliest convenience. The wines will be stored in our store and be set aside for as long as need be.

How do I place my order?
Orders can be placed through our website, by telephone during store hours at 715-543-2244, in person at The Wine Barn, or by email to info@eWineBarn.com (only if you have a payment method on file at The Wine Barn). Please indicate which wine or wines you want to purchase, how many bottles you want, and how you will be paying for the wine.

Why do I need to pay before I pick up the wines?
The pre-pay helps us determine how much wine to order and in return helps us pass on the savings to our valued email club members. Secondly, the pre-pay process allows you to come in and pick up your wines whenever you are in the area or when you have time to stop by. After you pay for the wine you own it, you never have to worry about the price changing or of us running out of that particular wine

Will you ship the wines to me?
At this time we request all orders to be picked up in person at The Wine Barn. This will help us keep the costs of the wine down and ensure the quality of the wine is not compromised during shipping.

Does the store’s 10% case discount apply to email club purchases?
No, our email club pricing has been set as low as possible and therefore we cannot offer the additional 10% discount.
